Lanternward ships orders from our U.S. fulfillment warehouse in Flushing, NY after payment is confirmed.
Fulfillment Times
The Keepsake custom bracelet usually ships within 48 hours of order placement, unless engraving details need clarification.
Ready-made memorial pieces usually ship within 3-5 business days.
If we need to confirm engraving text, product options, or shipping details, we may email you before the order ships.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please email support@petmemorial.me as soon as possible.
We can only update the shipping address before the order has shipped.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

We offer free U.S. shipping on eligible orders unless another shipping method is selected at checkout.

If international shipping is available at checkout, delivery times, duties, taxes, and import fees may vary by destination.

Packaging
The Keepsake ships in the protective green Best Wishes gift box shown in our authorized creator sample video, with self-fill guidance and no printed price receipt.
Ready-made pieces ship in their original protective product packaging inside a lightweight mailer. No printed price receipt is included.
No Mailing Required
Please do not mail ashes, fur, collars, tags, photos, or personal keepsakes to us.
Lanternward products are designed so customers can keep those items at home. Self-fill pieces are filled by the customer at home when they are ready.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If tracking shows a delay, please allow the carrier time to update the shipment.
If a package appears lost, returned to sender, or delivered but not received, email support@petmemorial.me with your order number and tracking information so we can review the situation.
