Products

Lanternward offers curated ready-made pet memorial pieces and selected personalized keepsakes.

Product pages explain whether an item is ready-made, custom engraved, self-fill, or not designed to hold ashes or fur.

Ready-made pieces ship as shown in the product photos and descriptions. Custom or personalized pieces are made according to the options and text submitted by the customer.

Personalization

For custom-engraved items, customers are responsible for checking spelling, dates, initials, icons, wording, bracelet length, and selected options before placing the order.

If engraving details appear unclear, we may email you before shipping or making the item. This may delay fulfillment until we receive clarification.

We reserve the right to refuse engraving text that is abusive, hateful, illegal, or inappropriate.

No Mailing Required

Lanternward does not require customers to mail ashes, fur, collars, tags, photographs, or personal keepsakes to us.

Self-fill products are designed to be filled by the customer at home when they are ready.

Orders and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or misuse of the website.

Shipping

Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment warehouse in Flushing, NY after payment is confirmed.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, final-sale items, damaged items, and return instructions are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Custom-engraved, personalized, self-filled, worn, altered, or used memorial pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
